soon to return to the skies once again will be the mighty 377(C-97) Boeing Stratocruiser owned & operated by the Berlin Airlift Historical Foundation from Toms River N.J. She is to become a flying museum of Cold War History & will have many displays & showcases & artifacts inside Her interior. She will become a flying classroom and be on a mission of history & education all around the country to attend airshows & special events when complete.The paint scheme is now complete & in spring of 2001 the big STRAT will head EAST on Her ferry flight home to the hangar in the NYC & N.J. area.This STRAT is one of the only two that are AIRWORTHY & survive in the WORLD today!
