Coming up March 21-24: If you ever get the
feeling aviation is mostly a man's world, you can take a break from all
that male dominance at the 12th Annual International Women in Aviation
(WAI) Conference, coming to Reno, Nevada, USA. Okay, there's no airshow here,
but plenty of high-flying spirits as WAI offers a variety of educational
sessions, special events, exhibits and mega-networking. Speakers will
include test pilot Chuck Yeager, best-selling author Patricia Cornwell
and FAA Administrator Jane Garvey.

International Ladies Cup flying competition to be held in Netherlands.
The fourth annual precision flying competition will be held at the Teuge airport in the Netherlands from August 17-19, 2001. The event is held every two years and is exclusively for female pilots who want to compete in a rally-type flying event...
