SKYDIVER COLLIDES WITH WOMAN ON THE GROUND:
Spectators' attention was
momentarily diverted at the annual ladies' coleslaw-wrestling event in
Samsula, Fla., last week when a skydiver inadvertently crashed into a
woman serving beer. Sherri Lee, 37, was going about her business when
Clarence Swimm descended onto the site, but he said he didn't see her,
and they collided. Lee was hospitalized with serious injuries, but
Swimm was unhurt. About 30,000 people attended the wrestling match
during the town's annual "Bike Week," where the main attraction
apparently is inebriated women lifting up their shirts, according to the
Daytona Beach News-Journal. "You've got sex, you've got bikes, you've
got alcohol. ... It's like being in heaven," one visiting dentist said.
Suddenly, coleslaw doesn't seem so appetizing.
They should tell me these things beforehand.
