Does anyone know web sites with information like time/costs/reqs on learning how to fly in a small aircraft, e.g. Cessna ?

Check out any flying-club in your vicinity.
Or if you have got some time of (in case you're European), go to the States on one of those package deals, they're pretty affordable. However, if you want to do it to make a living, you do need a solid 'education in aviation'.

O, come on. A little initiative here.
Drive on out to Lelystad or Teuge and talk to the folks at the schools.
For deals in the states, look in the yellow pages. There era several Dutch schools advertising their training programs. Most have telephone and/or webpage.
