ASA Hiring

Going for my first time around with ASA next week. I'd be forever in debt for any tips that anyone could share.

Congratulations on your interview with ASA. As a former recruiter, I can give you a few pointers.

1. Don't wear a navy blue suit! Wear a dark gray one if possilble. You don't want to look like a f/a before you're even offered the job.

2. Be yourself and pay attention to everything and everyone.

3. Talk to people when you're waiting for the interview to start. Your every move is being watched!!

4. Make eye contact with the recruiter when he/she is talking and likewise when someone else is speaking.

5. When you get into your one on one interview, try to find something that you have in common with the recruiter and talk about it.

6. Be yourself and don't look to nervous!!
