requirements and qualifications to work for BE.QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Bases BHD, BHX, CDG, EXT, GCI, JER, LBA, LYS, TLS.
Captains ATPL, 2500 hours total, 1500 multicommand, MCC.
First Officers ATPL (Frozen), Perf 'A', CAA 509:300 hours total, MCC, minimum 1000 hours.
REMUNERATION
BAe 146 Captain £46,092; F/O £28,512.
Turboprops Captain £34,152; F/O £19,536.
Flight allowances £1.57 per duty hour (FF12.56).
Pension scheme 12% company contribution after 2 years.
Insurances Loss of licence, whole life, personal accident, civil liability, legal liability.
PILOT CAREERS
Generally Join on turboprop - RHS; 18-24 months on type; move to LHS or BAe 146 (can join directly onto jet on 2-year contract).
Promotion By seniority, except where residency requirements exist, eg. GCI/JER/CDG/LYS/TLS.
Training posts All pilots can apply for a wide variety of training and/or management posts. The training posts can lead to TRE/IRE qualifications.
