I do not work 100 % because I am really suffering from jetlag. I need some extra cash right now and want to return to a full-time contact, Any advice to avoid jetlag?

Try this great link for jetlag information. http://www.flyana.com/
You will see on the left-hand side of the webpage that comes up, a column with topics to click onto...just go down alphabetically and you will see jetlag. Great info there!
I hope this helps!! James in San Francisco
ps. I recommend EVERYONE to see that website

The only thing I know to do to prevent jetlag is to keep from going to sleep as long as possible once you get to your destination. This is, of course, if you arrive during the day. Try to get your body adjusted to your destination's time zone as quickly as possible. I have flown to Asia and across the United States. That seems to help me. Also, drink a lot of water. Jetlag, I believe, is also caused by dehydration.
Hope it helps! http://www.crewstart.com/ubb/images/icons/grin.gif

Dear Standby
I don't know where you live and work, but lately we have received an ad in our mailboxes advertising other work for FA's (parttime) seems there is a lot of demand for FA's in other fields of work too! Maybe you could check an employment agency?
