I just noticed that all our Alitalia flights to the US are in code-sharing with Northwest. What's going on? Anybody knows?

noticed the same - since NWA is a partner of KLM, this looks strange ???

This can't possibly be a really new thing. When Alitalia announced their wedding to KLM, Northwest accepted them as a partner too. But when KLM walked out Northwest did not. It must be the status quo for months now. No ?

Guess so, think it's a left over from the KLM Alitalia merger that was not to be! (KLM also has a Alitalia call sign for a lot of flights and vv)

When you get a new id at KLM, you still get one with the alitalia logo on it as well...

Not really. The KLM ID now have the Alitalia logo marked out with black band over it. That's been like that since may already.

Guess you didn't know that even though the KLM/AZ alliance is over, the NW/AZ alliance is still on track. We (NW) are allied with both KLM and AZ, even tho AZ and KLM called it quits. That's why you see all the NW/AZ codeshare flights in the computer
