Here comes the big bad F/A again...
How sad.

That is way gross! But I have to ask myself, what did they do to provoke such a heinous act?
I know some pax you think you might like to do that to, but never could. But fellow crew??? What about CRM?
Like I say what provoked the FA to do that - it must have been real bad.
What does everyone else think?

Actually that was ment being ironic. I have flown for (too) many years but never I have seen such things happen. Just heard. From pilots.
What do you guys think?

Look in Pprune bulletin board, in the F/D rumors and news, on page 3, "an unfortunate, pathetic true story" of the 23rd of October

Traveler and suthernbelle,
The last link doesn’t take you directly to the thread either. Try this…Click here (http://www.pprune.org/ubb/NonCGI/Forum1/HTML/010617.html)

Our jobs have enough problems without having to worry about what our co-workers may be doing to us. If the story is true…sad.

Please, please, please, let this not be happening at my airline.

(By the way, I would not appreciate it and would take appropriate action.'

Isn't that funny that all the pilots have seen it happening but none of the FA?

Well I've been Tech Crew for donkeys years and I don't think it has ever happened to me.

However my Wife who is a Purser in a large British airline reckons that it does happen. S'pose we are not too popular then?

I just can't fathom how a sane individual could defile someone else's food. If you've got a problem with someone, avoid him. I've never known one of my fellow coworkers to pull a stunt like this, and I hope I never do.

I have never seen a FA do anything to a pilot's food. After all, if they get sick, who is going to fly the AC!

There are other ways of expressing your displeasure with a nasty front end crew - ignore them! Make them get their own drinks.

This is a tipical fear of the pilots. They know when they are mean (eg. sharp remarks towards gays or women) so they fear F/A could be mean too. But in many years I have not only never seen such thing happen, but never heard about too.
And what about the other tipical pilots' topic about "the F/As' salaries"?

I have heard some totally foul comments regarding FAs' pay. However, I have heard the same about the pilots' pay. There is a large difference in pay. Therefore, the airlines should bring the FAs pay more up to par.

I saw my purser bring up a meal to the cockpit only to come out very angry because the capt complained that his roll had not been warmed! What a jerk! Even so the purser didnt take any retibution against the pilots. He just wrote it off the way most of us do-

Oh every company must have his worse cockpit cmd'rs... We have someone who neglect us during the whole flight and ding dongs us only for food... I told him last time that he must know where the containers are... that I'm a CA: Cabin attendant and not Cockpit attendant... He understood what I wanted to say... Some really think they are GOD... on the other hand...there are captains who understand our jobs and are very happy to see us handling all pax' problems and complaints... the easier for them.

how silly.

what flight att has the time to take their shoes off and socks off and wipe their feet on someone's steak? he did this in the galley? yeah, right. who wants to clean steak juice off their feet anyway? come on. can you imagine someone sitting on their jumpseat, barefoot wiping steak on their feet???? just another case of the flight deck thinking the world revolves around them.
