hehe,
I went there and only one of the 8 candidates goes to a 2nd round. I got the remark that I don't fit in the profile of a flight attendant (on the other hand I am working since 1990).
Last week another well capable friend of mine went to SPL (KLM interview) and she got the remark that she was too reliable. She flies now 8 years and is a very nice and capable woman.
I really wonder what the recruiters are searching amongst the candidates...

Sometimes I don't understand the "hiring tactics" from my employer, sometimes they do it the right way ( by hiring me http://www.crewstart.com/ubb/images/icons/grin.gif ) but if I hear this it makes me sad. KLM claims to be the reliable airline, but they refuse FA's because they are too reliable?? Makes no sense to me! Would not be a bad idea to have some more "Belgen" around, enjoy flying with them!!
