HELP!! My first airline interview with Skyservice

I have an interview coming up with Skyservice/RootsAir in Canada. I want to know what will they ask on the interview and what are their process like.

I work for another airline, so here are some generic tips for interviewing.

Appearance: Make sure you are neat and well groomed. Hair should be professional and if its long it may be better to tie it back. Ensure your clothing is appropiate for the interview and that your nail and makeup are neat and professional.

Questions: Speak clearly!! Think about the types of questions you will be asked and prepare some answers ahead of time. Remember in Aviation the most important thing is Safety, followed by customer service. Play those up alot.
