Northwest Airlines, the world's fourth largest airline, invites you to explore exciting new career destinations as a Flight Attendant Manager. We are currently hiring at LaGuardia, Minneapolis, Detroit, Seattle and San Francisco.
In this highly challenging environment, you will be responsible for assisting Base Operations in achieving objectives by supporting flight attendants. You will manage and motivate our Flight Attendants in-flight, on the concourse, and individually, to ensure that we provide superior customer service to our passengers.
Previous experience supervising large groups (50+) is required, prior airline or retail experience is a plus. Strong communication and leadership skills required. Must have the flexibility to travel and work rotating shifts. Bachelor's degree preferred.
