To provide a safe environment for Frontier passengers through training and knowledge of safety equipment and procedures for inflight emergencies and evacuation.
To provide customers with industry-leading service through punctuality, timely service of beverage/snack, frequent availability to customers and an outgoing, pleasant attitude.
To perform the service for any given flight according to current procedures.
To be industry-leaders in professional appearance through adherence to the Frontier uniform/appearance policy.
To comply at all times with dependability and performance standards as stated in the inflight handbook.
To comply at all times with Company policy and Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR's). Qualifications:


Excellent communication skills and previous experience in the customer relations/public contact field.
At least twenty-one years of age.
Between 5' 1" and 6' 4" in height.
Well groomed, professional appearance.
Vision correctable to 20/30 with uncorrected vision of 20/200 or better.
A high school diploma or equivalent (college preferred).
Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment physical, which includes drug screening. This physical will be completed by the Frontier Airlines appointed physician.
Must complete a 10-year security background check.
Successfully complete the Frontier Airlines Flight Attendant Training Program.
Must maintain Frontier Airlines as their primary job commitment. Other employment must be scheduled around their Reserve or Flying Assignments. Employment with another airline is prohibited. Working Conditions:


Reports to: Director, Inflight Services Compensation/Benefits:

Annual salary of $17,500 with annual increases. In addition will receive $1.45 for each hour away from home domicile.
