Any one here have any info on AA interviews? I am very serious about working for American Airlines. It is the airline that is my first choice above the others. I whent to UA interviews, made it to the very end, but messed up on my sixth role play. Now I am going for it. AA I want. Anything you know about it would help.

Hey Jed, I just went to United's open house interview last week. I'm hoping I'll be called back for a second interview. I was just wondering what the role playing scenarios were and what other type of questions you were asked?
Hope everything goes well with AA for you.

It's designed to simulate an overhead bin. If you are unable to accomplish this task unassisted, the interview terminates and they they say
"bybyenow" After that the rest is pretty much personality. The kicker is the exam. AA
gives you their version of the STABIN Personality Index Quotient Test. To their discredit, AA is not truthful when they tell every wannabe that the test they are about to take is simply a survey or some other baloney. The results of that test count for 60% of the overall scoring of the interview process. You could be a natural Katie couric, but if you don't score will on the STABIN...no cigar.

Usually, if you are not asked back for a second interview at the open house (for any airline), you will not be called.
