ConsideringApplying

I hope I am not intruding on your space. I am considering sending my resume to apply for the Onboard Services Supervisor positions that are available at SFO on UA.
I know this may be a type of management position, but United says you spend ~40% of your work week in the air working with the FAs.
So...it would really help if you can provide any sort of inside comment on what these people really do (and if you recommend/don't recommend it as a career!)
Please be honest. I only know a couple of FAs and your perspective would really mean a lot to me. I listen to advice from those who know.
Thanks in advance. Don't be afraid to be blunt about the job - it's always better to hear it how it is from someone who has experience.
Grateful,
John
P.S. I don't know why the web site labeled me as a Crewmember...clearly I'm not (I think it was automatic).
