Help for a bewildered wanabe f/a

Hi there! I am 18 and a half, currently taking my a-level exams and
working part time at John Lewis. I see my future career to be "up in the air"
and would love to work as a flight attendant for British Airways. Could someone give me advice on the following please:
1)Needed qualifiactions/other needed aspects
2)Salary/working conditions, etc
3)addresses to write to so that I can send off my resume/apply
4)the process of applying
