unfair recruitment!!

just been for my third virgin interview, first two attempts, got as far as the two on one stage, this time more or less told (along with the other rejects) to go and get more customer service experience! not being big headed, i've been flying as crew for almost four years and was looking for a change. as for british airways (who i'm with at the moment), at least they show an interest in everyone that bothers to attend their selection days. maybe i should just go and count my blessings and look at what i've got!!

Oh dear, sorry to hear about that. I am waiting to hear back from VS as to whether I'll even get an interview...got an acknowledgement letter that they'd received my application on 2nd May but since then, nothing...should I be worrying here?!

As I have said before I really do not know exactly what our recruiters are looking for. To tell someone who has four years Crew experience under their belt to go and get some more customer service experience is mad!

Boggles the mind........ don't give up people, it does pay off.

I was at Virgin Atlantic for nine years, and to be honest with you, it took me quite a few applications before I got an interview.
But, it can be really put you off, but you have to keep on trying!
And like go fly said to Kat, don't let anyone clip your wings!
