Yet again guys, another interview, another rejection! I know I must be one of many, but it's sooo hard when there is no feedback to 'improvie' yourself or your chances. I can understand that providing feedback would be a massive undertaking, particularly when the resources of all airlines are stretched to the limits and have been significantly slimmed down over the past few months, but some kind of idea of where we 'go wrong' would be handy. This was my third interview, and in the past two I got through to the second stage, but this time I went home after the initial group exercises. I can only think I have regressed in some way, but can't see how! Like others who have posted about this, we were told to look at our customer service skills and teamworking skills. All this is a little too general and a bit of a slap in the face when we have been working in the business for a number of years now!
There, it's off my chest now. I'll no doubt apply again in six months, (if there is still recruitment going on), but it will be with an entirely different outlook!
Take care in the skies...
