We have a wonderful group of people in crew scheduling. It is sad though how one bad apple can give an entire department a bad name.

Sarah has got to go!!

She is so unhappy it reflects on her performance. She is a bitter woman with no self esteem. She ustilizes her position to take advantage of every loophole in our contract. Day after day I hear stories that would scare anyone.

Of all the airlines I have worked for over the decades CAL crew schedulers are the best.
I hope that someday she finds herself and understands that life is not about power but about human nature.

Has anybody else had problems of this type?

I wish she would be a better person for there is nothing worse in life than to deal with someone who utilizes power to put someone down. I hope she realizes soon that we are a big team and should always be one. However, nobody is perfect and one day she will pay for all evil things she's done to people. Remember that even the bad witch in the Wizard of OZ had to pay!!!!!.

I agree with you, one bad apple will give the rest a bad rap, but f/a's and pilots are no angels either. I've witness conversations were the scheduler was right and the flight attendant was a total b*%#&. I think it works both ways. We must know our contract and use it to our advantage.
