I was at SEP yesterday and a group of back to work crew were told by a MCS that all mainline crew at LGW were to be transfered to LHR within 18 months as yet another new style operation was being planned for LGW, with new products etc, I,m thinking some kind of holiday company of sorts maybe,I thought this was jusy another rumour control thing but if you look in BA News this week there is a vacancy for a project Manager at LGW to look into a new style of operation, if anyone knows anything, drop a message !

Well I certainly hope not 'cos I've got my name on the transfer list for LGW WW. Do you think that they really would set up an operation like that with the routes that they do there? I mean you don't see many holiday makers going to ABJ ABV ACC or LOS do you!! When was the advert in the BA News? It might be worth phoning for an application and doing some further research under that pretence. If they did transfer all the mainline crew though we'd probably all come back to LHR WW no? images/icons/confused.gif
