General comments?
BHX-> CPH is operated by Maersk air.
They use a CRJ which is the least comfortable hopper imaginable on busy flights. No room in lockers for cabin baggage and wrestling with neighbours for elbow room doesn't make this pleasant. I like and support BA, but if anyone else did BHX->CPH with a more comfy plane I'd go like a shot.

Flew on BAs new A321, was clean with good legroom and nice leather seats.
Food was poor, yet it is always a waste of time on a 2 hour flight anyway!

Go doesn't exactly have perfect reviews!
and the point you are trying to make is....?
Go is better than BA???

Im saying GO offers better value for money and service than BA on most routes we are up against.
On BA you pay say £500 for a LHR-BCN roundtrip and they throw u a drink and this "DELI" service they use to cut costs which contains a sickly sandwich, and nothing else.
Then You could fly GO. Pay say £50 from STN-BCN. Unlike Ryanair we fly to the main airport and your not crammed in like sardines.
Then u can pay a small price for a drink or snack.
That's on top of friendly service by FAs like myself.

you cannot compare GO & BA....it is like comparing Burger King and Le Caprice....they serve a different market and they both can make a successd of it...
GO is cheap and efficient with very limited facilities...with underpaid staff and a very fragile success strategy....more competition ...less passengers and nothing left to cut...
BA offers perhaps too many facilities i.e lounges-huge network-acceptable fair wages-back up equip...etc etc...as long as passengers are prepared to do with or without the different facilities etc etc ...there is space for both markets... images/icons/smile.gif images/icons/grin.gif
