I would like to see what the people over at BA and the oneworld alliance think about my airline bmibaby.
I'll put in a few links. I'm new here but please tell me what you think.

Being an ex Midland crew member some 11 years I know how the Management work. The only reason baby has come about was because GO has entered bmi sacred ground that of EMA. Any other schedule airline which enters EMA is either got rid or purchased.
Now that bmi crews started getting some sort of flight pay £1.50+?? (when I left in 1998 it was £1.07ph, and that had gone up from 70p an hour when I first started)they could not wait to drop it again and kill the agreements which took years to build up. baby works to no union agreements ie you work very hard and under CAP371, rather than the cc89 agreement.
I have not been on any baby flights but what I have heard you guys have been shafted.
Really I look at pay Terms conditions of work rather than uniform, what a plane looks like.
I do however, wonder why girls wear a T-Shirt and red puffer while the guys sweat it out in suit shirt and tie? The planes livery does show the name well, babies everywhere, but I do feel the baby at the front has farted and the baby on the tail is holding its breath. images/icons/cool.gif
