Ok here is a question, it might be dumb but oh well.
Ok now when they furlough you guys, can they pull you out by base, like lets say LAX is overstaffed by 300, so the bottom 300 from lax go, or is it determined by overal compnany seniorty? so instead of pulling 300 from lax, they would take the bottom 300 in the company, and give the excess lax people a chance to relocate. just curiuos and hope you undersantd the question.,
i asked our director of inflight this, and she told me for our company, that hasn't been decided yet.

XJ, They furloughed the most junior 300 FA's from the system seniority list. These people were based in MSP, DTW, and NYC. These were the most junior 300 in the entire system. Per our contract, this is how the furlough has to occur. I hope this answers your question and I hope you guys are not faced with any layoffs. It has been a tough time for everyone in the industry.
