The man who all United employees agree was the worst thing to happen to the company since Ferris, the other clown who nearly ruined United, is gone with yesterday's snow...It just appalls me that Creighton would speak of his "many" contributions!!! Yes, his main contribution was United losing key corporate accounts thanks to both his disastrous handling of our labor issues, and his last masterpiece, that idiotic letter talking about United being financially in the doldrums...ruining customer confidence, and embarassing 100, 000 employees who have tried hard to bring them back since the chaos two summers ago...Jim, you filled your coffers with the fruits of our labor for years, but now you will be remembered as the biggest loser in the airline industry.
