hi UA CREW
well i'm going off for on my vacation and would like some advice if possible...
i'm flying late afternoon from LHR-IAD and i want to know the aircraft and if it has PTVs, my travel agent has no idea!
three days later i'm going to MCO. do you know any problems at IAD or MCO?
then after 10 days i'm going to ORD. any problems etc.
then 4 days later i go home.
i phoned my travel agent when i booked and apparently things are really full, so she can't prebook us a seat, what do you think...

Welcome to United!

On your London-Washington Dulles flight your aircraft (either 767 or a 777) will be equiped with personal t.v.s in the seat backs.

You should not have many problems on your IAD-MCO flight. IAD can be confusing for those who have never been there before. United uses the mid-field concourse (C&D). You will need to take the people mover bus over to it. You will find the docking ports just after you clear security.

With Orlando, you shouldnt have any problems. There is a train running from the gates to the terminal.

Chances on an ID90 - trans-puddle 75-90% for 1 - multiples of 1 well..60%...

With multiple flights per day trans puddle - always go for the first - so far never, when alone, have I had to overnight.

Good luck, happy landings

Sorry to barge in on somebody else's thread, but am going to fly UAL down to Sydney soon and wonder how the loads have been lately out of SFO and LAX? I flew there last Nov. in a FC sleeper suite that knocked my socks off, and am looking forward to another trip. I fly a lot on UAL and gotta tell you that the crews are ALWAYS very good to me.

Basejumper, The loads are dire but less so out of SFO, LAX seems to have weight restrictions daily.Leave lots of days to get home as many staff wrre getting stuck for days in SYD.You may wish to try hopping over to NZ and getting home from there. Good luck!
