Shuttle Returns?

Hi Co-workers!
I returned from a bit of domestic flying and was told by a 757 flight attendant on a night flight from IAD-MCO that there may be a return of Shuttle by United or United Shuttle.
I tought no, but it seems UAL management are seeing how well tango, bmibaby, freedom air and possibly the new zip may be doing and are considering a return.
Heard anything or just another rumour?

I hope Shuttle by United does come back. They were really fun, flew them once on a trip to Las Vegas!
Would go well with bmi's new baby bmibaby.

Oh god no! Dont let it come back! It was a horrible. Shuttle caused many many operational problems to United Airlines. It was also an excuse to offer lousy service compared to some of our competition. Shuttle also pissed off our FF's. It still does when they have to fly on a shuttle plane.

Dont let Shuttle return!

P.S.
I checked the summer schedule on SFO-LAX and you really know that Shuttle is gone when only 1 737-300 is flying on that city pair and only 4 737-500s. All of the other flights are on A319s, A320s and 757s! :-D

Shuttle was cool, but I doubt it will return!
