We were just wondering, do you keep you flight deck doors locked when in cruise? Are all Captains the same, or is it up to them and what they feel like.

I have personally, not seen any captain keeping the door unlocked. In YVR it seems to be the rule, I don't know if all the captains are doing the same though. We now use the interphone and we barely see them up front. Well, that's how we have to work now!
Ciao!
OH! Did you notice that WestJet doesn't lock its doors. I have been flying them a lot lately, and they are opening that door over and over again.

Hey boys and girls, my first time here. And yes, there is 'one' capt who likes to have the cockpit door unlocked during the flight.
YVR01 - you say that in YVR it seems to be the rule - well, this was an out of town capt doing one of our flights.
