Whoo hoo! I get the first post. Does anyone know why you need so much training while you are a CSA to become a gate attendant? My sister is having to do lots of training just for gates.

well you need to know all the city pesudo codes
all the transaction required to verify pax on
the flights operation of the jet bridges how
to close out flights etc. there is a lot of
computer work involved.
