Well, it was announced today that Chautauqua Airlines will become Delta's fifth regional carrier. Chautauqua will operate 17 Embraer 135 and 7 Embraer 145 from the Orlando hub with the option to buy 30 more jets. Service will start in November. I am a Chautauqua employee and I'm curious what the nonrev benefits are on Delta for the Express and regional carriers and also how Delta's nonrev system works as far as service charges and upgrades. Can anyone let me know?
