Okay, first up.
Hello doctor, good morning.
This couch right here? Thank you. Yes, my question.
Well, some people say they sleep better after a glass of wine or two.
What are your thoughts on sleep and alcohol ? Effective or destructive ?

In my opinion, alcohol has few benefits. In addition, a good nights sleep is typically not asociated with alcohol. If sleep does not come easily, a look at "sleep hygeine" may be a good place to start. See: http://www.leftseat.com/sleep.htm
If this does not help, a sleep specialist may be the next step.

Hey ALL!
Hi traveler!! Well, from my own experiences wine knocks me senseless, but for those who don't drink, I recomend Gravol, at Air Canada we have it in the Flight Satchel, take 1 at least 8 or 9 hours before you have to get up, otherwise you might wake up a bit spaced out images/icons/confused.gif
This really works for me, I take and within 20/30 minutes I am zzzzzz, hope this helps.
