When dragging rolling luggage, is it better to keep the elbow straight or bent? Should the wrist be flexed or straight?

However, I nolonger have to "cart" around rolling luggage which is a pain in the so to speak arm in busy airports, at bmibaby we have rucksacks.
which do you prefer in airports?

Rucksacks? As in backpacks?! Wow! I haven't hauled around one of those since my youth hostel days. The idea is appealing but how do you gracefully hoist one onto your back while keeping your uniform unrumpled?! For airport terminal navigating, is it really more efficient than a rolling suitcase?

The new casual style uniform consists of unisex navy chino style trousers and a choice of three t-shirts, either navy, sky blue or white, all of which don the name of the new airline. Staff will be issued with striking red puffer jackets with the bmibaby logo embroidered on the shoulder and a standard rucksack with fashionable reflective white strips.

Much prefer these new rucksack/backpacks to wheelie-cases, light on your back in an airport.
