Before and/or After, what do you like to use on your feet?
I find on a long day my feet get sore, and, sweaty/smelly.

Have you tried foot powder and odor eaters????
I always put talc in my shoes before each day and even sometimes during the flight if I'm working particulary hard. I also use Dr. Scholl's insoles for extra padding and change them once a month to avoid odor build up. And if I'm anticipating an exceptionally ugly day, I'll even spray FDS on my feet then put powder in my shoes!!!
Good luck!

Spray rubbing alcohol in your shoes at the end of the day; kills odor causing bacteria.

Hi GB737

I have one of those foot spas. They are quite good, at refreshing your feet. Plus Boots have some good foot soaks and refreshing creams. The best I found was in a all-in-one pack cost about £8, but you get cleansing foot fizz, smoothing foot scrub and a smoothing foot butter. After using all that feet feel fab! images/icons/wink.gif

But remember mate you aint with EZY no more and your feet will feel a difference....er 1 or 2 sector days!!

The Key to continued mutli-day trip happiness is - FEBREZE

Febreze your shoes after taking them off in hotel room - febreze your uniform daily, your socks/hose, and any 'grooming-challenged' people who cross your path!!!

P.S. Be sure to take extra time scrubbing your little footsies each day - I bring a loofah just for the occasion!

Bath and Body Works (a popular store in the U.S.) has a great array of foot-saving products. Peppermint-tinged foot lotion (to cool your feet down), to anti-bacterial foot spray that comes in several great scents. I don't know if they have Bath and Body Works stores over in Europe, but if you stop in the States, I would definitely suggest going to one and purchasing some of these items. They're the best I've found.

In addition, I noticed that there are now socks being made out of materials that don't harbor bacteria. Since it's the bacteria (not really the sweat) that makes your feet stink, maybe these are worth investing in?

I don't think I'd like to be working down the back of a 737 with you on a double MAN,if you don't wear any deodorant at work!!

I keep hearing really cool things about this, but I haven't had the nerve to try it yet.

Wha't might help (for the long term) is rinse the feet with cold water after showering (a bit Spartan maybe) images/icons/rolleyes.gif and only wearing shoes made of natural materials (100% leather, no plastics or polyester) and yes, for emergences Febreze. images/icons/smile.gif

I don't put anything on my feet before going to work but rather before going to bed, so they are rested.
Quick tip, make sure your feet are really dry before you put on your shoes, moisture can get stinky :confus_2:
