I read a press release that US AIRWAYS will sell surplus aircraft and parts such as jet engines as well. The airline will sell their 737-200s which were parked in Mojave, California. They will also be selling their F100s and MD80s as well. Apparently they got some buyers for the MD80s . Not too sure who will buy the F100s.

I don't think they have a buyer yet for the Fokkers. Nothing like selling a whole fleet.

From what I read, the MD80s and 737-200s are going to be bought soon. Still not too sure about the F100s.

the gossip here in the UK that i heard in LTN the other day is a start-up (un-named) is to begin no-frills service from LTN or LCY with Fokker 100s or British Aerospace 146s to major business cities.
not sure what a F100 is like for low-cost type flying.
this may be your buyer...

Today is supposedly the last day that our MD80s and F100 fly.
