So, what does everybody think about mgmt asking all the employee groups for paycuts and an end to raises? I guess i'm willing to give up some future raises if it means putting our company back in the black. But paycuts!! I'm barely making it now. A paycut for FAs means we ask ourselves where we get our next meal. For pilots it means no more yacht in FLL. Who should really take the paycuts??

I agree with you. I don't think anyone of us really likes the idea of taking a "paycut".It is hard enough to live on what we make, really we have flight attendants who can actually qualify for food stamps being on "b" scale.
