Flights to Belize

I read a press release yesterday that US AIRWAYS will add a new destination. There will be flights from Charlotte to Belize. That is good that some new destinations will be added.

That's very good news for US, but will there be enough $$$ being made from a CLT-Belize flight. By the way when will US be hiring f/a's again???

There are hundreds of f/as' on furlough at the moment. As per the contract, f/as' on furlough have to be recalled before any off the street hiring is done. Hopefully, the airline will be recalling soon.

I think for US AIRWAYS it is either choice A or choice B. It is either "up or out". I think it would be a wise course of action to add more flights and give our customers more choice. It is true that US AIRWAYS has lost money. Maybe it sounds like a gamble, but US AIRWAYS has got to do what is necessary to have a better overall position in the market to survive for both the long and short term.
