US Airways pilots union has offered the struggling carrier concessions that would cut pilot wages and benefits by a total of $328 million annually for seven years, a union spokesman said.
The Air Line Pilots Association also has offered to let US Airways more than double the number of regional jets in it network, and allow the company to code- share with other US based carriers, union spokesman Roy Freundlich said.
Good luck guys!

Well, that good that USAirways and ALPA have come to an agreement. Hopefully, USAirways and AFA will finally come to an agreement.

I know that everything is not finalized as of yet . Hopefully, ALPA and USAirways will finally wrap things up.
I guess AFA is waiting for things to get wrapped up with the pilots. As much as I am pro-union, I really wish AFA would be more on the ball. I guess next week management will be meeting with AFA, and at managements request. I guess AFA has taken the approach that they want 'me too' agreements in regards to whatever the pilots get. So, that is whay I wish the AFA was more on the ball. It is getting close to the deadline for USAirways in regards to getting the loan guarantee.

Did you know that a captain on the Airbus-330, flying international, can make between $290,000 and 350,000 a year?
Just a little tidbit of information for you...
