Hey everyone...

I just saw this on our union's website. Does this mean that we have to say good-bye to the entire 757 fleet? images/icons/frown.gif

So, they are putting the 757s on sale. I know aolot of those planes are old. We have some in our fleet that were with Eastern Airlines.
I also saw that some 737s and 767s were going to be sold, too.
I wonder who will by the planes. Time will tell.
I wonder if this means that they will have nearly an all airbus fleet.

I just read John McCorkles' latest newsletter. He stated the same information as above.Additionally, in regards to the companys' contact information, it stated(serious inquiries only). Well, they are not kidding around. So, they are pretty serious here.
I still don't know which of the two widebodies that they are going to get rid of . Well, of course with the current state of affairs with the company, there are so many rumors out there. I stand corrected here, I wonder if they are going to sell the A330s to Northwest, possibly. That is one rumor I heard. I am not too sure who would be buying the 757s,yet. I know that we still have F100s parked in the desert, probably still haven't found a buyer. Even American Airlines is going to get rid of the F100s.

If I had enough money, I'd buy them myself.
But, where are they selling the F-100s?
Maybe, i'll send my business plan to a big bank, 'coz i hate seeing those 'planes in the desert, and, i must be mad, but, i love the Fokkers! images/icons/grin.gif
