It has been decided that all of the meetings and gatherings we've been planning needed their own forum. Here it is!
Furthermore, if you're going to be visiting a city, and would like to meet other members in the same city, just post when you will be in that city here.
Maybe you need a good tip on where the best places to eat or sleep are in that city. Someone may be able to help you! images/icons/smile.gif
Some things to remember when posting here: When you are proposing meetings and gatherings, please post the dates for them well enough in advance, so that anyone interested in attending can plan their trips, bid their schedules, or get the necessary time off to attend.
Also, please look at the meetings and gatherings already planned before you post a date for another meeting, so that they don't overlap each other. This will allow people to be able to attend more than one meeting, and will not cause any ill feelings between anyone because they chose one event over another. This community is made up of a lot of nice people, and we want to keep it that way. images/icons/smile.gif
