A lot of elementary and high schools here let out for the summer around that time, so a lot of people will be traveling then.

We'll see what can be done in the future.

I've been monitoring the thread, and it sounds like you have a good number of people who can make it then. Why don't one or several of you take the lead, formalize a date, and get a list going of who can be there? Then you can decide on where you wish to meet up.

Jun/Jul/Aug are traditionally busier travel months, and so a lot of people might get left sitting at the airport on standby...
