Hi!
I am not based in Hahn, but am based in the UK.
I would like to see Lufthansa peoples' views on Ryanair in the German market.
We have been quite the competitor over the last few months and I would be interested to see people like LH crews, instead of managements' views on the airline.
I have flown Lufthansa, and I have nothing bad to say about your airline.
Your crews are very professional and the service on my flight was excellent.
Hope to see you on "The Low Fares Airline" soon.

Tut, Tut, Tut Ryanair, that 'plane says "Frankfurt" Hahn.
Apparently, FR is really happy that easyJet is joining the no-frills market in Germany, following our take - over of deutsche ba (or dba).
If you go onto www.ryanair.com (http://www.ryanair.com) , there is a really good report on Ryanair's views on the no-frills market.
I've used Ryanair, to Rimini, and the service is quite good, for a no-frills. Friendly and funny staff, the service is quite like an Irish version of Southwest Airlines.

I'm not Lufthansa, but, I like flying on Ryanair.
The seating is uncomfy, the snacks are expensive, but, the crews are always helpful and funny.
Thumbs up for Ryanair.

Flew Ryanair in the very early phase, when you could still get REALLY cool fares, like 20 pounds Stansted-Hahn return (actually, it was 1 pound for the ticket and 19 for tax! Remember those posters advertising flights for 1 quid?). Crew was very friendly, and of course if you know you won't get a buttie you just bring your own, so that was fine with me!
I must say I'm really amused and impressed at the humorous, cheeky campaigns with which Ryanair kicks Lufthansa's mighty ass. It's like a David vs Goliath thing - one just can't help grinning! Reminds me a bit of the Virgin/BA fight in the early nineties: Everyone was amazed that a big, national carrier could feel so threatened by a long-haired guy owning one jumbo. And where are they now?!

Katharina ... I whole heartedly agree!
You can't move in any industry without Sir RB, he now not only does long-haul, but no-frills shorthaul.
By the way, could anyone explain what happenned to Virgin Express' Berlin and Munich services, they are always on and off the flight schedule?
