HMY Airways takes off from Calgary Friday
First Flight Headed for Mexico, Friday, November 22
CALGARY, AB, Nov. 21 /CNW/ -
HMY Airways is giving its first Calgary passengers a little jump on their Mexican vacation. Passengers departing on the new airline's first flight -- Friday, November 22 -- will be part of the airline's ribbon cutting launch that includes a Mexican mariachi band. HMY is western Canada's newest airline.
HMY's two Boeing 757-200 aircraft are flying to various vacation destinations from Calgary, Edmonton and Vancouver.
Vancouver's first flight is to Mexico on Friday, November 22. Edmonton passengers fly to Mexico starting Saturday, November 23. Other HMY holiday destinations include Las Vegas, England and southern California.
