Ok...so anyone who doesn't know me by now, I'm just gonna start by saying I'm pretty junior, and ok with that! :smile_2:

I've never used my travel passes (if you can believe it) and am working on informing myself more with what a Zfare, etc, is and how it's used....but here's my question. I'm using the travel website.....and I'm trying to get to Puerto Vallarta, which we understandably fly to, but I can't book it for the day I want.....now I'm wondering why that is? Is it because we don't fly there on that day? And if that's the case, can someone maybe inform me on how to find out if in fact we fly that day, or maybe how else I can get there? I think it's time I stopped being afraid so much of using these passes and break out a C1 and go somewhere! :smile_2:

I know it's a pretty inexperienced question, but the best way to better your experience is to ask I find.....stupid quesitons or not, right ? So in advance, I thank all of you or none of you that responded! LOL :smile_2:

P.S. Maybe there something outthere with descriptions of passes and how there used??

Thanx all, and still sending out the warmest greetings for the New Year!

the reason it didnt' show anything is because the flight
didn't operate on the day you are looking for...you need
to play with the dates to figure out what day the flight
goes. I am not sure what aspect of the pass policy you
want explaind to you so you will have to be more specific
also your other options are...I am assuming you are leaving
from YVR....fly to toronto and take our flight from there or
fly to LAX and get an Zed fare on Mexicana.

Flyboy: Baloo is right - if it doesn't show, it means we don't operate. Just try the next day or the day before. As for PVR, take note of the fact that our flights can be pretty full over the winter, and many people try to go there on passes. But, having said that take advantage of the benefits.

But, if the loads aren't looking good, and you just have a few days to go, you can usually get a really cheap last minute sell-off to fly with Skyservice. Just check online for rates or call one of those clearance travel agencies.

Hope this helps...
