Any info for Veracruz during carnaval appreciated. I found hotel (Howard Johnsons, sic) for $44 and that beats the heck out of New Orleans. Plus I have always wanted to experience this most important of Mexican cities. Anyone been there? My Mexican friends are all from western Mexico and they haven't even been!
