I was asking about the fact that YYC has very little reserve coverage for February, and I was told that although we haven't mixed the flying yet, reserves can fly with whichever group crew sched puts them. I was told that the ex-CAIL group had sufficient reserves to make up the difference. At least the imbalance will no longer be there when they mix the flying. So if you're on reserve and find yourself with a crew from "the other side", for lack of a better term, don't panic or freak out. It's started and it's about time.
