Although some of the leftovers may be appealing, if you don't excercise, some of that cheese might stick to that thigh or tummy...
Here is what I found:

1) do not listen to that advice (on that health flying website) that says that if you don't eat starch during the flight, you will have many episodes of memory loss. I found that either if I do eat bread or not; I seem to still be forgetful... it is due to lack of sleep (or I'm getting alzhimer)(((((I tried it and just got fatter,,, FYI and still forgetful))))

2. Stay away from grease. Use lemon for your dressing. bread? if you must eat it eat it plain.

3. Sugar addiction? Drink Iced tea or diet drinks and a TON of WATER. Body turns any unused sugar into fat so it's best to stay away from sugar you don't need.

By sticking to these methods I did lose weight.

BY ALL MEANS DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF!

If you are a sugar addict, try taking chromium picolinate.
Now, I am not a medical doctor but this mineral does curb your cravings for sugar. Do not abuse this and read directions carefuly. Like any vitamins and minerals, If you take too much you will make yourself ill.(seemingly harmless vitamin C, it does cause HEMROIDS and SOFT STOOLINGS!Kidney stones too I think.. or was that calcium?)

Use those cases of beer for a more worthy cause. See this forum, my post under "HAIR! HAIR! HAIR!" There's no excuse for those beer bellies, folks!!!

Sugar addiction?

YES! Ju-jubes! Although, I can't completely cut out because I'm hypoglycemic. S'patcher suggested a little box of raisons to keep my sugar level in check. Any other suggestions are welcome!

Hey Audrey...

Raisins and other fruit/juices are good simple sugars to eat when you start to feel it getting low...definitely a good idea to keep something like that handy! But a good breakfast of complex carbs (like a bagel, etc) will help keep it steady throughout most of the morning and afternoon. The complex carbs (complex sugars) take longer to break down in your bod, so they're with you longer. Use the simple sugars for a quick fix, though.
