And he wasn't the only troublemaker. An A.A. spokesperson tells TMZ that "several passengers refused to comply with flight attendant's requests to turn off electronic devices. They became verbally abusive toward the flight attendants and were removed from the plane by airport police." For the love of Spencer Pratt!

No charges were filed against the "Hills" hottie and his pals.

We have so many problems with these "Crackberies" on Air Canada
Everyone thinks they can use these devices while we are taxiing for takeoff
Now after we land many turn on cell phones to make phone calls.
We do not allow this on Air Canada. They must wait until we get to the gate
Some tell me they can use them on American carriers after landing
Is there any truth to this
I am sure we will see the day when they will be using their cell phones inflight!

Using electronic devices while taxiing to the gate has been in effect for several years now, within the United States. Policy is still in effect for departure though, once the main aircraft door is closed, we announce, please discontinue all electronic devices and do a walk through.
