The IAM was caught with their pants down and totally unprepared for the swift actions the companies took to complete the legalities of the merger. Only AFA was communicating with their members way before any announcement wasmade and was totally prepared for action when the announcement took place.

No matter who is voted by both fa groups to represent us that union will use both contracts to negotiate a final book for us. Now is it time for a union with all fa's to represent us or the IAM who plans on raising dues again soon because of losing more members, because people are ditching the IAM.
