Please remember that AirlineCrew.net does not actively monitor the contents of posted messages and are not responsible for any messages posted. We do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any message, and are not responsible for the contents of any message. The messages express the views of the author of the message, not necessarily the views of this board or any entity associated with this board. Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact us immediately by email. We have the ability to remove objectionable messages and we will make every effort to do so, within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that removal is necessary. This is a manual process, however, so please realize that we may not be able to remove or edit particular messages immediately. You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this board to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, rude, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise a violation of any law. When a new user account is created, it will NOT be deleted from AirlineCrew.net in the future. Threads and posts will NOT be deleted from AirlineCrew.net. That is to say, if a user starts a thread but then changes his or her mind and wants it removed, the staff will NOT delete it. It is best to always consider this before posting anything on a public forum. Threads and posts deleted by the Administrators or Moderators will solely be at the discretion of the staff.

You agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or by this board or you have obtained permission from the author/owner of such material.

Per person, only one identity will be allowed. If the administrator gets information that one person has more identities on the bulletin board, it will grant AirlineCrew.net Administrators and Moderators reason to delete and ban those usernames (only administrators and moderators are allowed to have more than one username). Using a website name as log-in name is not allowed on AirlineCrew.net. It is also not allowed to promote other websites in your posts or "signature". Moderators are important on our website; you agree to respect their decisions, even if you don't agree.

Although this board does not and cannot review the messages posted and is not responsible for the content of any of these messages, we at this board reserve the right to delete any message for any or no reason whatsoever. You remain solely responsible for the content of your messages, and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless AirlineCrew.net with respect to any claim based upon transmission of your message(s). We at this board also reserve the right to reveal your identity (or whatever information we know about you) in the event of a complaint or legal action arising from any message posted by you.

Advertisements, chain letters, pyramid schemes, and solicitations are inappropriate on this board. Legal action will be possible against users harassing the bulletin board! In regards to advertisements, we do allow you to promote Aviation-related materials only. A special forum has been designated for this purpose.

Submission of material to AirlineCrew.net does not transfer the copyright to that material to AirlineCrew.net. However, by submitting the material, you, or the copyright holder in case you are acting for another, grant AirlineCrew.net a perpetual non-exclusive world-wide royalty-free license to modify, publish and reproduce that material for the purpose of operating, displaying, distributing and promoting AirlineCrew.net and related web sites.
