Is the RSG still around? Has anyone heard anything about them as of late?

LOL

So the person who is suppose to represent the whole membership is the same person who is trying to get the clause annuled. Shouldn't that person fight tooth and nail to save the clause? Is she then really representing the whole membership if she isn't?

If you don't see the bias then .... I dunno ...

Just this example shows how hard she must've really fought for any OCP's in other situations .... did you forget her using the new post-CCAA contract (which again was suppose to be representing everyone ) and save face with her screw up with the loss bonus?

Come on Moe ...

Pam has gone out of her way to sock it to the OCP's...

ootb, the reason I asked about your retirement was two fold... First I was wondering when you would actually leave... Not cause I detest you... But because I may need you for something... ... Confused are you? Here is the second reason why I asked you (not that it will make things much clearer): I may need you to do some contracts for me in the future. The money would be good and it would keep you occupied in your old days... It might keep you busy enough that you may not even have to get dogs to torture to keep you satisfied. Anyway, I wont tell you what I have in mind for your future (I dont even know if it will materialise itself) but in the meantime just keep on being yourself and consider this one big job interview... ... More confused... Let just say I'll make you an offer you cant refuse... Care to sell your soul to the devil? I promise its all legit.

Of course I saw the pickle she was in. I don't envy her the position she had been placed in. Had the no-layoff clause been reversed, she would have fought for you guys. I know you won't ever believe that, but I do.

You choose to believe that she had it out for you guys and that she threw the game when it came time to fight for your rights. I choose to believe otherwise. So there .

And if anybody went out of their way to sock it to anybody, I'd suggest that it was Terry and his band of merry men and women who did so. Not to the OAC's, but specifically to Pam and Dick. Pam was too busy dealing with the merger, the company, CCAA, etc. to have time to go out of her way to spite you guys just for the sake of it.

Not, per chance, as an eyewitness to the castigation of Québecois (or whatever that stormy character is calling him/herself these days)?

Wait, maybe Snackpack's getting confused again.

Damned hypoglycemia, time for another snack.
