VOTE NO on dues requirement for furloughees

If you are an AA fa, plz, plz think carefully when voting on the constitutional ammendment. If you r senior, have compassion for us juniors because the furlough list is becoming more and more senior. The resolution to require those not on payroll to pay dues covers furloughees as well as anyone on a leave. It's so unfair and cruel to punish those who are on furlough. Also, this ammendment will require that when recalled, furloughees will have to PAY BACK for every month you are out. Is that fair? A furlough can last up to 5 years.
